Q: How does a Webinar work?
A: You will receive your enrollment confirmation and receipt immediately upon registering for the Webinar. Approximately one week prior to the webinar you will receive an e-mail with specific instructions, a Web link, and a unique enrollment ID that you will use to connect to the Webinar. About thirty minutes before the scheduled start of the Webinar, you will log on, be connected, and then get today's best training, right at your desktop. Your unique enrollment ID may only be used once. But, you can extend the value of this training by inviting any number of others to view the Webinar with you for FREE! Simply invite your friends and colleagues to gather around your computer. Many organizations have facilities whereby the webinar may be projected onto a boardroom screen.

Q: Do I have to pay for everyone in my office who attends the Webinar?
A: No. You just pay one registration fee ($295.00) and you can invite as many people as you want to participate in the Conference for FREE. However, they must all attend the Webinar in the same room with the same computer. Many organizations have computer projection equipment that enables a number of participants to view the Webinar in a board or conference room. If your organization prefers to have multiple connections to the Webinar, you will be charged the standard enrollment fee for each unique connection to the Conference.
Q: What happens if something comes up and I have to cancel?
A: P.A. Douglas & Associates is pleased to offer a flexible cancellation policy. if you cancel your registration up until seven days prior to the event, a $50.00 cancellation fee only will be charged. If you cancel less than seven days prior to the Webinar, you will receive a full credit which can be applied toward any of our future Conferences, Seminars or Webinars.
Q: Can I ask questions at the Webinar?
A: Every Webinar includes a Q&A session at the end of the program -- although, due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee we'll get to every question. Your speaker will make every effort to address questions that have been submitted.
